Steve Novak is the founder and President of PPR Management Services, LLC. He has over 12 years of management experience in a variety of industries, including jewelry, cosmetics, food, wood, and gift products. He has held positions responsible for Process Improvement, Operations, Inventory, Planning, Purchasing, Warehousing, and Quality.
Steve is a respected speaker and workshop leader. He is the author of the book The Small Manufacturer’s Toolkit. He developed the Inventory Essentials for Small Manufacturers seminar for APICS - The Association for Operations Management.
Steve earned his Bachelors of Business Administration with Accounting Concentration from the University of New Mexico, and has earned the Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), Certified in Integrated Resources Management (CIRM), Certified Quality Manager (CQMgr), and Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) designations.
